Kate Middleton May Address Health Concerns in Return to Public Duties

Kate Middleton might talk about her health when she starts doing public duties again, a new report says.

People have been wondering about her health since she had surgery on Jan. 16. This week, there was more talk after Kensington Palace shared a photo of Kate with her kids on Mother’s Day in the UK, and Kate said sorry for it.

The Sunday Times says insiders close to Kate and Prince William think they might share details about Kate’s surgery and recovery, but they’ll do it when they’re ready.

“They are most open when they’re out meeting people, so maybe Kate will talk about her recovery during engagements,” a royal source said.

Kensington Palace first said on Jan. 17 that Kate had surgery and wouldn’t do royal duties until after Easter.

A friend said, “They’ll want to be clear and open, but they’ll do it when they’re ready. Kate will decide.”

The Sunday Times says Kate might come back around April 17, when her kids’ school break ends. Recently, she’s been seen at their school.

A source said people started asking questions when Prince William couldn’t go to an event in late February. “He had no choice, but people were upset,” the source said.

Kate felt bad about the photo controversy, and the photo was taken down by some news organizations.

Despite the photo problem, William and Kate might share a new photo of Prince Louis for his birthday. They haven’t decided if Kate will take the photo or if they’ll hire someone.

“They know people love their kids and want to see them,” an aide said.
