Kate Herron, who directed Loki, will be working on the movie and helping to write the script with Briony Redman. Herron is also involved in The Last of Us TV show. The Sims movie is still in the early stages, and we don’t know which studio will release it or who will be in the cast.
The Sims is a game where you can simulate life, made by Maxis and Electronic Arts. It’s super popular, selling almost 200 million copies worldwide since 2000. The game is part of the Sim series, which started with SimCity in 1989. The Sims games have grown over time, with different settings like vacations and high school.
LuckyChap also made the movie Saltburn in 2023, starring Barry Keoghan and Jacob Elordi.
