A few days ago the Instagram account of the animal shelter “Dom Khasky” made a post about their very odd resident – a husky named Jubilee. The breeder of husky got rid of her underlining the fact that he couldn’t sell a dog with such an unusual appearance.
We have already told the story of her getting into the animal shelter with more details. For 2 years Jubilee had lived as a homeless dog, and after the post on Instagram she almost instantly found owners.
Jubilee’s story was shared on social media by more than 45K users, and the number of people who wanted to donate a house to her, exceeded 150. As a result the husky moved to a family that had taken another dog from the same animal shelter before. The employees are sure that their dog lives in the safest and kindest family.
Jubilee became so famous overnight, that she was even mentioned in some popular evening shows in the USA. And the animal shelter, where she lived for 2 years, released T-shirts with the picture of her odd muzzle in it.
Jubilee’s owners have asked not to mention their names in order to avoid unnecessary attention. Amazing, how a social media post has the power to forever change a dog’s fate, that was once of no use for anyone. Hope that Jubilee is doing great with her new family.
