This cute dog is Tilly. Until recently, she used to live on a street in St. Petersburg under the ruins of an abandoned building next to the highway. The poor thing, together with her friends, was thrown out of the window of a car. This happened in 2017. The animals could immediately find a “quiet” place to live.
A kind woman was feeding the animals. But then the dog was killed, and Tilly was able to escape somehow, because she was pregnant and therefore more careful. The dog gave birth to 8 puppies in a 25-degree frost on the street, right next to the abandoned building. Luckily, a kind girl and some volunteers appeared, who went there and took the babies under their care, so that they wouldn’t die.
And what about Tilly? Somehow they managed to catch her too. But the dog was very distrustful. Her pretty face expressed all the horror and despair of a suffering animal.
The little puppies have already found their owners. One of them was even taken by the same girl that is looking after Tilly. She takes care of the mother too, and is happy that the dog comes back to real life surrounded with care and love.
Now the pet is more confident, but she still feels unsafe among strangers. Her caretaker hopes the dog will find loving owners. She will certainly take care of it!
