Nature is so wonderful!
Christian Spencer is a popular and very talented artist who likes to capture magical moments on camera. He managed to capture a once-in-a-lifetime moment in Rio de Janeiro. A jacobin hummingbird flew in front of the sun with its wings open creating an incredibly beautiful scene. At that moment, the wings of the adorable bird took the colors of a rainbow.
These shots were later used in the film “Dance of Time”, which in 2011 received 10 international awards. Years later, Spencer returned to finish the photoshoot of the rainbow hummingbird. His shots were so beautiful, that many people started claiming that they were edited. However, Spencer kept assuring that no digital interventions had been used.
You just can’t take your eyes off of this beautiful bird!
This stunning effect is created when sunlight gets on the bird’s wings. Spencer calls this a “secret nature that cannot be seen with the naked eye”.
Spencer is able to catch such moments on camera that ordinary people fail to notice. Millions of people all over the world send the photographer e-mails expressing their admiration to the man.
“The photos are just great! I love hummingbirds, they are fun to watch”.
Just look at these wonderful creatures!
