Eva Mendes is showing love for her partner Ryan Gosling’s funny moment at the Critics Choice Awards. She shared a GIF on her Instagram of Gosling’s surprised reaction when he found out his Barbie movie song won an award. In the clip, Gosling looked shocked and raised his eyebrows.
Mendes captioned the post with, “I LOVE HIM!!!!” and others, like Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham, found it hilarious too.

During the awards ceremony, Gosling shook his head in disbelief and stood up to applaud when the song “I’m Just Ken” won best song. The writers Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt accepted the award and gave a shoutout to Gosling, saying the audience fell in love with the song because of his great performance.
Earlier, at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Gosling received an award and thanked Mendes and their two daughters, Esmeralda Amada and Amada Lee, in his speech. He mentioned how meeting Mendes and having their two kids made his life like a dream.
