Sometimes bats fly into the entrances and attics of houses making a place for them to sleep and rest. The story, that happened to Andrey-Taras Bashta from Lviv literally a week ago, approves this fact. The residents of the apartment block contacted him asking him to remove the bats that had settled on their balcony. The specialist didn’t believe his eyes when he arrived. He, of course, was ready to deal with bats, but not with a good number of them.

At first only a couple of bats flew into houses and the house owners thought that the “guests” will soon leave.
They flew into all the cracks and then even into food bags.
Day after day the number of bats was only increasing. Looked like they were inviting all their friend to that warm place.
To evict these unwanted guests, specialists were called.
Even he was shocked by this amount of guests.
Andrey Bashta noted that the bats had chosen this exact balcony for cohabitation and mating.
In total, there were about 1700 bats on the balcony.
According to one of the researchers, this is a record number of “individuals” at least is Ukraine. After taking a closer look at the bats, the specialist mentioned that 80% of them are still young. Their beautiful strong teeth gave them away.
They had chosen this place to spend the winter and for mating.
In just a week the bats spread all over the balcony and scared the owners. It took the specialist 4 hours to remove them all. They didn’t really want to leave their “comfy beds” and constantly crawled around. Some of them even screamed, though bats usually don’t make loud noises.
Andrey Bashka let the bats out, so they flew in search of a new shelter. Now its warm enough in Lviv and the bats shouldn’t be cold. The owners of the apartment immediately closed up all the wrecks so that no other bat can creep into their territory.
