In the New York subway you can often see rats. Their appearance shocks only few. However, this is a common thing in subways today. And not only in the States, but also in many big cities of other countries.
Recently a somewhat different event happened. A cat was found on the underground rails! This was a big surprise both for the loco drivers and for the other employees of the subway.

No matter what, people were very attentive and noticed the black-white cat in time, which like an orphan was sitting in one of the tunnels. They were surprised and immediately warned all loco drivers about the cat.
Traffic stopped. Soon there were traps, which were used to catch the cat.
Finally he was caught by one of them. When Big Ale (that was the name of the cat) was finally caught, everyone sighed with relief. The “subway” hero was brought to the surface alive with no injuries and scratches. The traffic was resumed.

Volunteers who took part in saving this kitten discovered that the cat had only one eye. The second one, or rather the eyeball, was missing. Most probably this was the result of an old injury.
It was especially surprising that Big Ale, which saw with only one eye, navigated underground so well, that hadn’t been run over by the fast-moving metro cars.
The really scared cat was taken to the organization “Bronx Tail Cat Rescue”. There it was determined, that the cat needs immediate recovering. Volunteers turned to all concerned people with a request to collect money for the homeless cat. Only with this it would be possible to create as good conditions for him as possible.

After all, the cat doesn’t weight much. He also needs various other types of recovery. Now the organization employees take care of Big Ale. In a few days he should be given all the necessary procedures. And the thought that a good owner can’t be found for the kitten, doesn’t even cross the volunteers’ mind.
Do you agree that every homeless animal is worth being loved and cared every day?
