Because of the huge hype around the actress’s account, the network simply “broke down”, and the account was temporarily unavailable for its users.
The Instagram press service officially confirmed this information, noting that the interest in Jennifer’s account was just incredible.
Despite the “break-down”, the actress managed to set an absolute record”. She managed to gather her first 1M followers in just 5 hours 16 minutes. This was officially recorded in the Guinness Book.
Before that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had the palm. Their account got its first 1M followers in 5 hours 45 min.
