The famous father tried his best to get his son into acting
Often the children of famous parents choose to follow in their footsteps. But it also happens that even the persuasions of relatives to continue the family business do not help, and the children decide to master a completely different profession.
This happened with the son of the famous actor Louis de Funès – Olivier. He is the youngest of three, and his father saw in him good acting skills. And others noted his attractive appearance, which would have helped a lot in his cinematic career.
Since childhood, Louis de Funès tried to promote Olivier’s interest in acting. They even starred together in the film “Fantomas”.
But the guy quickly realized that cinema was not his passion. His dream was the sky.
But his father was afraid of such a dangerous profession, so he tried in every possible way to dissuade Olivier.
But the guy insisted on his own, and after training he began working as a pilot for the French airline Air France, where he built an excellent career. He retired in 2010.
Since that time, Olivier devotes time to his family, and does not like publicity.
