They try to get over the loss of their families!
It’s not surprising to see representatives of different species making friends with each other. And sometimes, their living conditions and tragedies become the reason of their strong friendship.
This time the story is about the friendship between an ostrich and an elephant. They seem to love hugging each other.

And there is only one thing we as humans can do: to admire their pure friendship and believe in true love and devotion.
This baby elephant was living away from his herd. He had accidentally fallen into a well and got lost. When he got into the animal shelter, he immediately made friends with another lonely animal – an ostrich.

Pea, the ostrich, thinks Giotto, the elephant, is his family. In 2014, the shelter volunteers rescued Pea’s brother. Later he was released into the wild, and Pea stayed in the care center.
The two animals comfort each other by cuddling. In this way they try to get over the loss of their families.

They both know they are going to be separated one day in the future. But for now they try to enjoy every moment spent together.
