The Hotze house, built in 1900 by architect Charles L. Thompson, is quite special. It’s big, with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, totaling 8,339 square feet.
Inside, there are 9 gas fireplaces, one in almost every bedroom. The house has Doric Columns, a sunroom, and an elevator, all taken care of to keep their original beauty.
What’s really cool about the house is that it can hold over 500 guests at once. It even has a stage area on the second floor for bands and a carriage house with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and two kitchens for guests.
