The owners could never imagine their cat would love swimming so much
Nathan – the cat – was found on the side of a road in a little box with her mom and siblings. The kittens were only a few weeks old. Nathan soon found a loving family thanks to the efforts of the RSPCA.
“We named her Nathan as a joke before even adopting her”, told Melissa Pietrobuono – Nathan’s owner.
“Nathan is a character from the sitcom ‘Angry Boys’. My husband and I like that character a lot. And we don’t care that it’s not a female name, it suits her! We actually find it funny and can’t imagine her with another name”.
Nathan loved her new owners from the fist sight and always followed them everywhere they went.
Nathan is always ready to help her owners in any way, whether it be watching TV, finishing the dinner or just relaxing. She is a domestic cat, but her owners want her to get used to spending some time outdoors too. So, the owners taught her to walk with a leash.
The family lives near the sea. One day they took the cute cat to the beach for training. However, they didn’t consider the fact how much the cat might love swimming in the water.
