Cat chose a girl in a wheelchair as her owner

They immediately became close friends

Richey was destined to be in the family of this girl. Initially, Richey and Kiley were both lonely and had no friends. However, Richey wasn’t afraid of the girl’s condition and was happy to make friends with her.

Before meeting Kiley, Richey used to live on the streets and has learned how to protect himself. And now he lives in a house and is a perfect match for Kiley.

Chris Poole is a cat rescuer. He was the one to find this white cat in the wild and rescue him.

Chris posted a video on YouTube and wrote: “His owners have probably abandoned him after they moved out of the apartment”.

He took Richey to a vet clinic, where they neutered him and placed a microchip in him. Later they sent him to the Suncoast Animal League. At that time Richey was very weak.

Larisa Kondarcur, one of the employees at the Suncoast Animal League knew who would be a great match for the cat. She met Kiley a few months ago at the shelter. The girl and her family were visiting several shelters to find a cat that was not afraid of her condition.

When Richey met Kiley for the first time, he immediately jumped on her laps and lied down there. It was the happiest day in Kiley’s life. The cat didn’t even flinch when he saw the wheelchair.

“He didn’t even care that she was on the wheels inside the house. Richey is happy in his new family and is a great friend for Kiley. He has quickly become a family member. Richey is always lying on her laps, even when she is doing her homework”.

Here is a video about the beautiful friendship between Kiley and Richey.
