The path to the trapped animals was impassable
A rescue group together with the San Bernardino Fire Department rescued more than a dozen animals in a farm. The animals were left alone, trapped in the mud after several days of constant rains. The farm is in Muscoy, where animals such as cows, horses and bulls were kept.
The first people to find out about the animals were able to rescue some of the animals, but the path needed to be cleared to reach the other 11 animals. The rescuers used a skid steer to clear the path, while the other part of the personnel were dragging a cow to safety.

After around 2 hours, the crews were already working on the rescue of the smaller farm animals. The large animals had already been recued and sent to Devore Animal Shelter. There ther are going to be examined by veterinarians.
