We all remember, when a little shaggy creature first appeared in our lives. Today Olga Yakovleva shared her story, telling about the little dog named Archie.
The animal appeared in her family about 3 months ago. She was just waiting for her bus, when this fateful meeting took place. A homeless dog came to Olga, got on his hind legs and grabbed her scarf pulling the girl aside. Following him, the girl left the bus stop, without even realizing what the pet wanted. At that time Olga’s bus left, and she had to go home on foot.
Following the girl, the little dog didn’t lag behind. By that time, he had surely let the scarf out of his mouth. He followed the girl all the way home. She was genuinely sorry for the stray dog, and brought him food. The little dog ate the food, then hugged her with the help of two of his paws, and didn’t want to let her go. Olga was so touched, she realized, she couldn’t let the animal stay on the streets.
Olga took the dog home and introduced him to her cats Fufa and Zara, also to her dachshund Basya. Seeing that he was getting along with the other pets, she understood, she had to keep him. This is how Archie also appeared in the family.
This stray dog turned out to be very clever. He is learning the commands with pleasure and with ease and likes to play with his new owner.
Perhaps, still back then, at the bus stop, Archie felt she was His Person standing in front of him, and wanted to do the first step. Thanks to the dog’s tricks and the girl’s kindness, there is now one less stray dog on the city streets.
