This incident took place in Brazil. Local maned wolf is not like its fellows. They mostly look like foxes, as they are tall at the shoulders, also their body is longer than those of normal wolves. They have a kind of “fiery” color. With this feature, you can easily spot them among grey wolves.
A truck driver, named Milton Rodriguez, came across a “strange” animal. He stopped to take a picture of it. And the animal wasn’t surprised seeing the truck and the man next to him. The animal got under the truck and lay there. Milton realized what the problem was.
It was extremely hot, about 40°C. And the predator got really far from any reservoir. The poor animal was so thirsty, it lost all his strength.
