Meet the dachshund Obi from the USA.
Because of its irresponsible ex-owners, the dog reached an unprecedented weight for its breed (35kg). Fortunately, the animal very soon found a new owner, who decided to seriously deal with its obesity.
Obi started a diet, a new daily routine was set for him with lot of physical exercises. The result wasn’t late to come. After 2 years, the dog lost 25kg.
Perhaps, such an achievement is not meant for everyone!
The dog’s owner – Nora Vanatta – doesn’t blame the elderly couple, with whom Obi used to live. “Of course they loved him, but his owners just couldn’t say ‘no’ to this big brown eyes”, tells the woman.
Obi became a real internet star!
Vanatta believes, that her lovely pet can become an inspiration for those, who can’t pull themselves together and deal with their excess weight. Hope, this will work out!
