The dog has always had a good relationship with the girl
The three-year-old girl was playing in the backyard of their house. But suddenly she walked away from the yard and went in a completely different direction, followed by an old family dog. The girl went missing. When the parents realized it was already very late. They searched together with the police until nightfall, but unfortunately nothing came of it. The search continued the following morning. And at eight in the morning, two kilometers away from the house, the volunteers located the lost girl.
First, rescuers came across Max, who ran and led the people.
A few minutes later, people found the girl. She was fine, she got off with a couple of scratches.
Apparently, Max was with the child all these hours and guarded her. Max received the title of “honorary police dog” for his great job.
“The area around the girl’s parents’ house is full of hills and the terrain is very inhospitable if you walk here. It’s amazing how the girl was able to walk so far. It was very difficult to conduct the search because there are a lot of dry shrubs and other vegetation, along with steep slopes,” says Ian Phipps, a member of the search team.
Aurora’s grandmother participated in the search. She was walking and shouting the girl’s name all the time, and suddenly one day she heard the voice of the child responding to her cry. People ran to that place and where Max met them. He brought rescuers to the girl.
” Aurora was a little depressed when she saw us crying around. But I told her that these were tears of happiness,” the grandmother says, “She could have gone through a hundred unpleasant things, but we found her alive and unharmed.”
It is reported that Max is 17 years old and that he is deaf and partially blind. His relationship with the girl was always good. A strong smell of wet dog hair was emanating from Aurora, as she slept all night in the dog’s arms to prevent the night cold from affecting her.
