The quick-witted boy helped his family get off the ground
The family of this 8-year-old boy was in a financial crisis with lots of debts, and was about to end up on the streets. The parents couldn’t find a way out of that situation, but their son outsmarted them with a new business idea.
Berenice Pacheco could not afford the rent of her flat in Los Angeles. The current situation in the whole world became the reason the woman lost her job.
Berenice had to move to a barn with not enough proper conditions for life.
Once Berenice had a small argument with her son and told him to start a business, if he wanted to buy new toys. Berenice forgot about the conversation, but the boy took it seriously.
By the evening of the same day, the boy had decided to resell plants. He had $12 saved up for his needs, and managed to buy eight succulents with it from a nearby market. Then the boy sold the plants for $16. The profit was small, but better than nothing.
The 8-year-old boy’s income was increasing every day, as many adults were giving him generous tips for his efforts. Then Aaron created an advertising page on Instagram. The media very soon learnt about the boy and covered his story.
A GoFundMe auction was then held by concerned citizens for Aaron’s family.
The business has been going on for 8 months already. And thanks to the auction, the boy managed to earn as much as $40K.
The family could now afford buying a tiny apartment on the outskirts of the city. The boy’s business is still growing, as more and more people find out about his brilliant idea.
The journey doesn’t end here for Aaron. By the end of next year, he intends to buy a better house for his family.
