Here is a story that shows how strong the bond between a horse and its owner can be. And the story becomes even more interesting, when you find out that the horse was not tamed, but a wild horse.
Janna Grapperhaus’s father saved the life of the horse. When he brought Major, the horse, home, she immediately started attacking people and running around like a madman. However, Janna’s father intended to befriend the horse and gain her trust.
But her mother was against keeping the horse, saying that she was dangerous.
It took the man two years to gain her trust and manage to ride her. After so many attempts, the man finally managed to tame the horse and they became close friends. Even when Janna’s father passed away, Major was there for one last goodbye!
Janna’s father was suffering from a serious disease and, unfortunately, didn’t survive. Major also attended the funeral of her favorite human.
They spent a short time together, but it was worth it!
