Such a grateful sweet swan!
It is widely known, that swans are devoted animals. They have one partner for their whole life, and if the partner dies, the other one stays lonely for the rest of their life.
Richard Visa noticed a swan that had got wounded trying to fly over a mesh fence. He immediately rushed to save the life of the beautiful bird.
As soon as Richard approached the swan, she wrapped her neck around his, as if hugging him. This is how she expressed her gratitude and trust. We usually expect such behavior from pets, such as cats and dogs, but never from other animals or birds, like swans. She has probably met many kind people throughout her life and trusts them completely.
“She laid her head on my shoulder then hugged my neck. I could feel her heartbeat. It is so nice when you realize that animals trust you”, Visa told the ABC news.
