“Kitchen Makeover”: Watch How This Kitchen Was Renovated In The Best Way

🏡 From frustration to elation, witness the magic of creative renovation unfold! 💫 Photos of the renovated house in the comments 👇

Sandra Garcia, Jeff Wise, and their two boys moved from New York City to a small town called Irvington in 2017. They left their apartment for a 1905 cottage with a nice view of the Hudson River. The house had some old-fashioned features like a twist doorbell and beadboard walls. The kitchen was okay but not great.

Sandra is really picky about design because she works in a creative job. She and Jeff have done some small improvements to the kitchen over the years. They painted it and got new appliances. But Sandra still didn’t like it. She hated the low ceiling and the fridge sticking out of a weird spot.

Sandra talked to a lot of contractors and architects about fixing the kitchen, but they either didn’t listen to her or wanted too much money. Finally, she found a good contractor named Mayron Castro. They worked together to make some big changes to the kitchen.

They took out the low ceiling and put in some nice wood beams instead. They also added wood paneling to the walls and built a special area for the fridge. Sandra bought some new furniture from Ikea to make the kitchen look better. They got rid of the old countertops and put in new ones made of butcher block.

Sandra also got a new sink and faucet and painted the cabinets white. She’s really happy with how the kitchen turned out. She loves the high ceiling and how bright the room is now. She even added some shelves and decorations to make it look nice.

Sandra and Jeff celebrated their anniversary recently and didn’t have to do any painting this time. Sandra is really happy with her kitchen now, and she knows she can always call Mayron if she wants to change anything in the future.
