Richard Sandrak became famous a few years ago, when he was 9. He became popular due to his physique, that even the greatest sports fans were jealous of.
The kid comes from Ukraine, however when he was just 2 years old, his family moved to America. By the way, Richard’s parents also are of sports.
At first, Richard himself was interested in power training. Then his parents paid attention to his results, that even they were jealous of, and began to develop the sport career of their boy.
In addition to all of this, Sandrak was also engaged in martial arts, which developed his attention and coordination.
In 2001 the boy met Arnold Schwarzenegger and after this he was in the center of the international mass media. However, everything went downhill very quickly. Now Richard is 29 and is already far from the physique we used to see 20 years ago. He’s still doing sports, but only for his health.
