A guy from Chelyabinsk Oblast, got into his balcony and noticed a strange movement in the neighboring house on the 8h floor. He was unable to see what was happening there. The guy took the camera, zoomed in and got shocked. There was a little boy standing on the windowsill on the 8th floor. He would let go of his hands dancing and looking down with curiosity.
The guy called the police that came only after 10 minutes. All this time, the young man was on pins and needles. Luckily, the baby’s mother noticed him there before the police would arrive. Nobody got hurt.
Things can wait, as health and life are much more important!
