A simple way to treat your relatives and surprise your guests!

Sometimes we just want something really delicious. But it is necessary that it be useful, sugar-free and low-fat. And today we have such a recipe for you.

Chocolate paste, without sugar, butter and without chemicals! It turns out sweet due to dates and banana in the composition. You can give it to children, eat it for breakfast, add it to porridge, spread it on bread or loaf, you can add it to pastries. And the recipe is quite simple.

So, we only need a few ingredients:

  • Dates – 250g (peeled, pitted)
  • Bananas – 2 (ripe)
  • Cocoa powder – 2 full tablespoons
  • Cinnamon — 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice — 1 tablespoon

We proceed to the preparation of pasta. Prepare the dates, they need to be washed and pitted, then pour hot water: if the dried fruits are soft for 5 minutes, if hard — for 15 minutes. After a while, you need to drain the water, and squeeze the dates a little, then beat them with a blender or pass through a meat grinder.

Peel the bananas, knead them, you can use a fork, and add cinnamon and cocoa. Mix all this to a homogeneous consistency, combine with the date mass, add lemon juice and mix again.

Now you need to put the date paste in a jar and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. And now you have the most delicate, fluffy and very tasty pasta. By the way, if you add fried nuts, you will get a real “Nutella”.
