Today Matthew is already 6 years old. He is a very cheerful and active child. He has learned to ignore the sidelong glances of the strangers and their inappropriate comments. The boy has a best friend – his brother Adam. One day, to support his brother, Adam asked his parents to dye his hair red.
The most interesting thing is that Ebony and her husband did not have red-haired people in their family, but genetics gave them a real surprise.
According to research, red-haired children are born to parents who have a mutation of the MC1R gene. The secret is that this gene causes cells to produce a red type of melanin called pheomelanin.
