The calendar was the best-selling souvenir in Vatican. The tourists were attracted not only to the concept of the calendar, but also to its characters. Many women even admitted, at first, they were in love with the handsome men. After all, they look like real models!
However, many female hearts were broken, when they found out that these charming guys had taken a vow of celibacy. They had sworn to stay loyal and serve the church. Which means, they cannot even look at women.
Their rules are actually quite complex. In order to become a priest, the men should be over 18, have no close contact with any woman, be a dedicated parishioner and forget all worldly desires. They spend many years training, practicing in shelters and and dong charity work.
It’s hard to imagine that women don’t have even the slightest chance to win their hearts. The handsome priests are aware of their attractiveness. They, in fact, take care of themselves, go to gym, do sports and try to stay fit. However, they never abuse their charm.
