“People often come to me with this question. I don’t work out, actually”, admitted the woman. “I hardly ever have time for everyday workouts, but I do sports whenever I find time. If I have time I can ski and surf. I like strolling along the beach, but at first I like to take a good sleep. So you only need two important things – proper sleep and happiness”.
