The poor dog was exhausted and injured
A dog was discovered in a terrible condition running down the busy freeway in LA. Fortunately, a nurse managed to rescue the animal. The dog was in risk of getting run over by a car, although she managed to avoid all the rushing cars.
Amber Streid, a kind-hearted cardiac nurse acted differently than all the other drivers. She told the whole story in an interview:
“My immediate impulse was to get out of the car and run with the dog so that she would not get scared”. However, the woman found it proper to wait in the car until the time was right for some action. The dog kept running and dodging all the cars, but when Amber opened the door, the dog immediately jumped in.
The other drivers that were driving behind Amber were relieved to see that the dog was now in safety.
The dog was exhausted and injured. She had some cuts that were bleeding. Amber showed the dog to one of her vet friends, and they assured that the dog was fine. The vet also mentioned that the dog was lucky to be alive, but she looked like she didn’t suffer much. “SHe looks like she is well-fed, so I think she has an owner”.
Amber took the dog home with her. There was no microchip in the dog, but Amber intends to return her to her rightful owner.
After a while, they managed to find the owners of the dog, whose name turned out to be Beautiful. The dog went missing when the family was relocating.
