Fast forward to December 2020, over two decades after the original scene aired, Jennifer decided to recreate it on her Instagram. Adding a touch of humor, she shared both the authentic, sexy swimsuit scene and her own playful parody. She put on UGG boots, comically removed her goggles, and unzipped her wetsuit after swimming.
Despite initially hesitating to share the video due to concerns from her managers and publicist about appearing unflattering on purpose, Jennifer’s followers loved her humorous take on the moment. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, she revealed that people exclaimed, “Jennifer, you look good in a bathing suit!” She defied their expectations and decided to showcase a different side of herself.
The devoted mother, sharing her children with ex-husband Ben Affleck, took the opportunity to release the funny video, expressing that she knew she would never look the same in a bathing suit and found it amusing. She simply thought, “It’s going up today, so that’s good news.”
