Meet Vicki, a woman who turned a big problem into a chance to start fresh.
After an earthquake messed up her house in Christchurch, New Zealand, she moved to Australia with what she had left.

In Australia, she found a job, stayed with a friend, and saved money to rebuild her life.

Instead of making a big house again, Vicki decided to create a small custom-built container home that fit her needs and budget.

She found a good spot for her new home on a piece of land opened by a nice couple for people with mobile homes.

The place was great, with a nice view and a big field where she learned to grow her own food.
Inside, Vicki’s home is full of green, making it a calm and peaceful place.

The design inside, with green, copper, and timber, matches the nice view outside.
The wallpaper, from an artist in the Netherlands, adds a special touch to the decor.

Even though it’s small, the living area looks fancy. A comfy couch that can also be a guest bed faces the door, letting Vicki enjoy the view from her living room. The kitchen in Vicki’s tiny home is amazing. Her dining and work table is just right for her, and a bench also holds her shoes. Even though it’s small, it has all the needed appliances and plenty of space for cooking and storing things.
A big window in Vicki’s home is a special feature, framing the view of the trees outside. This window makes the home look good and brings in lots of light, making it feel bright and lively.
The bathroom, with nice beads at the entrance, has a cool shower design. The sink and toilet are in different corners, and there’s a closet for easy access to clothes after a bath.

The loft has a big bedroom with just a mattress and a lamp. Vicki loves this space to relax and think without clutter. A skylight lets her look at the sky and stars at night, helping her sleep well. From the loft, she can see her whole home, and she thinks it looks amazing.

That’s Vicki’s tiny home, and she calls it “The Opposite of Chaos.”
