Hollie and her design director, Victoria Bailey-Adamson, used all these personal details to redesign their clients’ small suburban kitchen thoughtfully. They put up beadboard walls and classic cabinets to make it look like a cozy cottage kitchen. They made a custom bench inspired by Japanese woodworking, improved storage and how things work in the room, and chose simple, long-lasting materials in natural colors.
