When I got pregnant, the first ultrasonography showed I was with twins. My husband and I were quite amazed by this news. It’s so difficult. Our eldest was 10, we wanted a boy, and got two babies. But nothing can be changed. We’ll raise two more children. It’s so wonderful. When in hospital, I always asked the doctor: “Is everything fine? I think, only one of them moves. And the doctors always replied: “It’s fine!”. On my birthday my mom and my sisters visited me. We celebrated and then I went to have some rest. The next day, early in the morning I ran to my husband and said: “Take me to hospital!”. We arrived to the hospital and I gave birth to triplets.
Two doctors delivered my babies. They took the two babies, and left. Then I heard someone scream: “Wait!”. The whole hospital heard them. The doctor hurried back with two babies.
When I looked at them, they were also confused. They couldn’t understand where the third one came from. After a while, they gave me the phone and said: “Call your husband! You are now in a shock yourself and will scare your husband too. We’ll tell you what to say”.
I took the phone and said: “Misha, if you are driving, stop!”. He replied: “I’m home”. I said: “Then sit down!”. He sat, and I told him: “I gave birth. Everything’s fine.” He said: “And who is born?” And I replied: “Two sons, and a cute daughter.” Silence…then a loud laughter. Then he said: “Two or three…not a huge difference!”
They brought me my three babies later. It was unforgettable!
