The Rapunzel family form Illinois
Probably everyone knows the fairytale of Rapunzel. Her hair was so long and strong, that the prince could climb up on it with no difficulty. We have always believed that this is just a fairytale and is impossible. However, this mother together with her daughters proves us wrong.
43-year-old Tere Lynn Svetlecich Russell is a mother of 3 girls. They are known as the “Rapunzels of Illinois”.
Tere Lynn’s hair is 74 inches long. The hair of Lynn, her eldest daughter, and Sandalynn, the middle daughter, reaches 3ft. The youngest daughter is Chesney. Her hair is 2 feet 2 inches long.
They visited a hair salon for the first time. The hairdresser mentioned, that the mother’s hair was completely healthy. In fact, none of the cut their hair for the video. Only the youngest daughter wanted some changes and decided to cut her hair.
Russel is considering the daughter’s request.
“I’m not the one to decide. But I want them to be mature enough for such decisions”, said Russel.
The most surprising thing is that their hair is actually healthy, although it’s hard to take care of it.
