The puppy was abandoned by his biological mother
It is strongly believed that cats and dogs are the worst enemies and it is impossible for them to be friends. However, this is just a tale and is far from being true. These animals can make great friends and be devoted to each other.
The mother of this puppy abandoned her newborn. Their owner also had a cat, and the cat and the mother dog both gave birth on the same day. So, the owner decided to bring the newborn puppy to the cat, hoping that the cat would not mind taking care of him.
The woman covered the puppy with a blanket and put him next to the mother cat and her kitten. Newborns are weak and need a mother to control their body heat.
The owner decided to first give them some time to get used to each other before putting the puppy inside the box. At first, the mother cat was amazed, and she started sniffing the puppy.
Meing a mother herself, the cat couldn’t leave the puppy alone. She accepted the pup and gave him all her maternal love and care, letting the puppy stay with her kittens. It was a very heartwarming and sweet scene.
