He keeps visiting his owner’s house
In Indonesia, a compassionate cat resided at her owner’s grave, refusing to leave the place she held dear. The feline couldn’t overcome the grief of her owner’s passing. A passerby named Keli Keningau Prayitno expressed interest in adopting her, but the cat insisted on returning to her owner’s resting place.
Occasionally, the cat would visit her owner’s former home, where the children would provide her with food and care, yet she would always return to the gravestone.
Despite being fed and looked after by others, the cat showed no inclination to leave the grave. She had chosen to make it her home.
According to a witness, the cat’s owner had passed away and was buried at that very spot, and the cat had stayed there for almost a year.
The witness also mentioned her attempts to rescue the cat, but each time, the cat would return to the same location.
When the witness followed the cat, she observed the children of the cat’s previous owner feeding her. And then, as always, the cat returned to her familiar spot.
Witnessing the cat’s profound unhappiness and suffering saddened the woman. It serves as a poignant reminder of the deep bond that exists between animals and their owners.
