George Clooney and Amal Clooney like to play a game called pickleball, but they don’t play on the same team. They play against each other because they don’t want to argue. They say they are there to get some exercise and don’t want to fight over a game.
They were talking to a TV show called Extra while they were at an event called the Clooney Foundation for Justice’s Albie Awards. This event is to honor people who work for justice in different fields like human rights, business, entertainment, fashion, and technology.

George and Amal played singles in pickleball, which means they played one-on-one. George admitted that Amal wins a lot because they play this way.
At the Albie Awards, many famous people came to support George and Amal, like Meryl Streep, Matt Damon, and others.

George and Amal also talked about their ninth wedding anniversary. They exchanged gifts, and the traditional gift for nine years is something made of willow or pottery. Amal joked that it wasn’t an exciting gift, and she’ll have to wait a long time for a better one.
They got married in 2014 in Venice, Italy, and it was a beautiful ceremony. They have two kids, twins named Alexander and Ella, who are six years old. Amal hopes they will get involved in the Clooney Foundation, but they are still too young to know what they like.
George joked that the twins like loud music and are kind and curious kids who have a lot of fun.
