Anastasia Tyurina is only 7 years old, but is as talented as any professional and experienced musician.
The girl became especially popular after her performance with the National Academic Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments. Anastasia led the orchestra in Alexander Shalov’s musical variation of the Russian folk song “Valenki”. She was playing the balalaika – a Russian three-stringed instrument similar to a triangular mandolin.
Anastasia was wholly engaged in the concert. She was playing the balalaika with her whole heart and soul, constantly smiling at the conductor. She feels extremely happy on the stage. Her enthusiasm promises her a bright and successful musical future.
