Who is the special guest to Coronation?
Several celebrities, like Elton John, Adele, Spice Girls, have refused to perform at the Coronation of King Charles III. The King had no reasons to panic, as there are many other celebrities that he could invite, like Madonna, who is currently planning her anniversary tour.
It is being rumored, that Harry Styles, Elton John, Robbie Williams and many others have already rejected the King’s invitation. According to insiders, Adele and Ed Sheeran were approached with the offer too, but they also refused. But there are still many artists who will never deny to perform on the grounds of Windsor castle.
“As far as lining up performers for the coronation concert, I wouldn’t panic quite yet, said the author of “The King” Christopher Andersen. “Joss Stone is a friend of the younger royals and can usually be counted on. There is also a long list of American pop stars chomping at the bit to perform.
He also mentioned, that A-listers, such as Diana Ross, Alicia Keys and Andrea Bocelli performed at the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee last year, and will probably not say no if they are invited.
The expert added, that Madonna wouldn’t mind the opportunity to perform for the king during her 40th-anniversary tour. After all, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime chance and just too massive a gig.
