Never apply glue on your hair, dears!
Jessica Brown solved the problem with her hairstyle in an original way.
Her social media accounts, under the nickname im_d_ollady, have already shared a warning video about not using super glue on hair. The blogger shares beauty life hacks in her account, so she always tries to look her best.
A month ago, she was doing her hair and discovered that the hairspray was over. But ingenuity and the desire not to lose face in front of subscribers, enabled her to achieve flawless smoothness with household super glue. To be fair, it is worth noting that there was a certain logic, albeit weak, in her actions. As a matter of fact, strong fixation hair products have a mark that says “glue”.
Without getting too deep into the details, she decided that a similar mark on the Gorilla Glue aerosol product was quite capable of coping with her exuberant curls.
As a result, she got the perfect styling, which requires only a dust cloth to wipe clean and does not need to be washed. After spending a month in such a “helmet”, Jessica decided that it was still worth changing her hairstyle. On social networks, more than twenty million people watched the girl’s unsuccessful attempts to get rid of styling through a variety of means. Several of them recommended trying different ways to remove the glue, but none of them worked.
The glue manufacturer was also interested in the blogger’s experiment, and in his comment post, the company’s speaker once again listed all the items, from paper to laminate, for gluing which the tool was developed and delicately emphasized that the hair was not mentioned there. Nevertheless, Gorilla Glue’s representative wished Jessica speedy resolution of her hair issue.
Recently, the girl sought help at the hospital, where she was still able to remove the glue and even have her hair saved. A crowdfunding platform, however, was required to raise money for the operation. It was no surprise that the blogger, already known as Gorilla Glue Girl, received sponsorship from many, because the initial goal of fifteen hundred dollars was tenfold exceeded.
However, Jessica expects that her income will increase significantly, due to the payment of a lawsuit against the manufacturer of Gorilla Glue. The essence of her claim is that the warning on their glue does not mention hair: only that it cannot be used on skin and eyes.
